Life & Business Coaching.  2019 is all about dreaming big for me! With all the changes of 2018 – new house, new marriage, new puppy… “Bloom” seems to be the word for what’s next. Part of that plan includes growing this blog and online boutique into something bigger to reach more women! I signed up for Business Coaching from Hollis Co. She also offers Life Coaching on the personal front. Each coaching session is online once a month and includes workbooks and resources for in between sessions. You can choose to pay up front at a discounted price or by month to break it into bite-sized payments. Learn more about both Rachel Hollis x Life Coaching and Rachel Hollis x Business Coaching.

5. What We’re Fri-YAY About:

Self Care for Moms. As busy mamas, we’re so busy making sure everyone else has what they need at work and home that we’re last on our list! We’re the first to sacrifice our workout, quiet time or things we need to relax or fill ourselves back up! We’ve put together a list of 5 easy ways to practice self-care and remember to take care of yourself this month! Read the full post here.

I’m such a paper book girl but I really love how audible and podcasts make it so much easier to fit in “reading” and gaining new information into busy schedules! I’m so glad you found a way to fit it in with audible!

I love reading books and this year my goal is to read at least two books monthly. But, definitely reading with a one year old is sometimes impossible so I started listening to audio books. Love this post, I think it is about time for this mama to take care for herself. XO

I love that goal… it’s so hard to fit in time for yourself! Even more so with a little one at home! I love that Audible is helping you with that! XOXO

I am way behind on the Rachel Hollis fan train. Girl, Wash Your Face is top of the teetering pile of books next to my bed that I call my reading pile. Had a quick look at the playlist. Looks like it has all my favourite love songs on there!

First of all, this is a lovely idea for a blog post. I loved how you did the favorite five and covered everything! Brilliant idea!
And second of all, how is Rachel Hollis really? I was going to read Wash Your Face but I read some negative reviews and decided not to get it. Have you read The Single Woman? How do the two conpare?

Thank you so much for the great compliment on the blog!❤️ Truly, I really like Rachel’s book… it’s real and gives practical advice in real talk like you’re reading something your BFF wrote you. It’s not super polished and scripted, it’s literally like a conversation with a girlfriend which I loved! Most people I know have loved it or at least found it helpful but like anything, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

I have read The Single Woman if you mean the Mandy Hale book… her stuff was really helpful at a certain time in my life. I’d say they both write through storytelling and share real life experiences, motivation and wisdom. ❤️
