To me, March always feels like a chance for new beginnings! Although last March wasn’t what I had in mind, talk of vaccines, warmer weather here in the south, daffodils starting to pop up around town and the promise of more sunshine have me feeling hopeful.

I’m hoping this spring brings a chance for positive new beginnings. Our oldest picking a college, our middle getting her license and our youngest turning 15 and finally hitting his growth spurt! I’m also hoping to keep up three times a week workouts and coaxing my hubby to do the same and maybe even eating a bit healthier so we’re ready for the beach this summer!

Do your research when buying supplements. Often, you get what you pay for! I believe in whole food supplements that truly come from food. Also look for certifications and other ingredients or fillers on labels before buying a product.
